But I’ve also had my share of disasters...products that failed, operations that collapsed under pressure, entire businesses that worked on paper but couldn’t survive reality. I'm not an armchair commando or ivory tower theorist. Now, through my company Built2Scale, I work with founders and leadership teams on businesses that are already working, but the structure behind it needs to evolve to unlock what’s next.

I’ve coached thousands of founders through those transitions, whether they’re gearing up for expansion, cleaning up behind rapid growth, or building toward a strategic exit. And I’m regularly brought in by private equity firms to restructure portfolio brands that need to scale effectively.
